GIVING AT DOCC

 

Thank you for your generosity and faithfulness to the ministry of Double Oak Community Church. All methods for giving to DOCC are listed below. Please contact our finance office with any questions or concerns. You can email finance@docc.org, or call us at (205) 995-9752.


Giving Platform Migration

3 Step process to migrate from our previous giving platform, MyDoubleOak, to our new giving platform Subsplash:

1) Cancel Recurring Gifts from MyDoubleOak

  • If you have any issues with logging in or other matters, please contact Carrie Allen at callen@docc.org

  • Log in to your MyDoubleOak profile from www.mydoubleoak.org

  • Click on the “Involvement” tab

  • Go to “Financial” section on the left side of the page

  • Click “Active Repeating Gifts”

  • Click on the gift amount dropdown and choose “Stop Repeating Gift”

  • You have cancelled your repeating gift from MyDoubleOak

2) Setup Your New Giving Profile In Subsplash or Log In

  • If you have any issues with logging in or other matters, please contact Carrie Allen at callen@docc.org

  • Go to www.docc.org/giveonline

  • Enter the amount of your gift

  • Choose your campus

  • Select which fund you will give to

  • Select the frequency of your gift

  • Select the start date of your gift if recurring

  • Click continue

  • You will be given the option to Log in or Create An Account

  • For first time donors to Subsplash, create a new account

  • IMPORTANT: Please include your mailing address in the profile

  • A Link to confirm your account will be emailed to your email

3) Setup Your Recurring Gift In Subsplash

  • Once logged into your Subsplash giving profile

  • You may be asked to repeat your giving information

  • Confirm your amount and dates of recurring gift

  • Submit your recurring gift or one time gift

Sunday Morning Services

Place your offering in the basket during our services on Sunday mornings. Our Mt Laurel Campus offers services at 9:00 or 10:45 while our Chelsea campus offers one service at 10:00. Your offering can also be dropped off at our business office Monday through Friday.
